Registration Fees

All participants of 2009 Annual Symposium are required to register by submitting an online registration form. The registration fees, indicated below are in Canadian dollars. Payment will be accepted online through Paypal. If you do not wish to pay via Paypal, please indicate that you will be paying by cheque. Please make all cheques payable to CMC Microsystems.

Conference Registration: 

General Registration (incl. Annual Awards Banquet):  $350.00
Student Registration (incl. Annual Awards Banquet): $150.00
ITAC 15th National Executive Forum - Winning in Global Markets in Adverse Times: $195.00 (combination discounted price only available if bundled with full registration to the Annual Symposium)

Annual Awards Banquet only (evening October 14, 2009): 

Students: $50.00
Academic: $125.00
Non-academic: $175.00
