Bronze Level: $1 500

  • One complimentary registration pass (including the banquet)

  • Recognition at the conference opening session
  • Opportunity for promotional inserts in the conference bags

Exhibition Space: $1 500
Exhibition will take place throughout the conference proceedings (October 13-14, 2009). Exhibition space will be shared with the TEXPO and MNRC competitions to maximize visibility throughout the conference. Your exhibition space will include:

  • One 6 foot draped table and two chairs
  • Electricity and internet access (as requested)
  • Two complimentary registration passes (including the banquet)

Coffee Break (2 available): $1 500
Gain increased exposure with delegates by sponsoring a morning or afternoon coffee break. Each break will be located directly outside of the main conference room. Sponsorship of a coffee break includes:

  • Signage with corporate logo displayed in coffee break and networking area
  • Corporate logo on all printed material (promotional material, signage and conference program). 
  • Opportunity for promotional inserts in the conference bags

Lunch: $ 3 000
Lunch will be served to all delegates on Wednesday, October 14, 2009. Sponsorship of the lunch includes:

  • Signage with corporate logo displayed in lunch room and serving area
  • Corporate logo on all printed material (promotional material, signage and conference program)
  • Opportunity for promotional inserts in the conference bags
  • One complimentary registration pass (including the banquet)

MNRC 2009 Student Awards:
Support graduate students by sponsoring the MNRC Student Awards. The top presenters will be evaluated and awarded:

  • Gold Leaf: $1000
  • Silver Leaf: $800
  • Bronze Leaf: $600

All award sponsors will be included on our sponsors listing on the event webpage and in the event program as well as provided the opportunity to present the award to the recipient at our Annual Awards Banquet on the evening of Wednesday, October 14, 2009.
