Exhibitor Information
The Annual Symposium is expected to draw approximately 200 attendees from academia, industry and government within the microsystems communities.
Exhibit Dates:
Set-up:
- October 13, 2009: 9:00am-12:00pm or 4:30-6:30pm
- October 14, 2009: 7:00-8:30am
Exhibit Hours:
- October 14, 2009: 8:30am-5:00pm
Dismantling:
- October 14, 2009: 5:00-6:30pm or after 9:00pm

Exhibition Location:
International Ballroom, Crowne Plaza Hotel.
Exhibition Requirements:
Please contact Ray Filteau with your exhibition requirements. Each exhibition space is 10ftx10ft and will be equipped with one, 6 ft long skirted table, 2 chairs and power capabilities. Should you have any additional requirements, please contact us so we can best accommodate your needs.
Shipping Information:
Please ensure all shipments are received at the Crowne Plaza Hotel by no later than Friday, October 9, 2009.

Should you require accommodations at the Crowne Plaza, please contact the hotel directly at 613.237.3600. Ask for the CMC room rate which is $169.00 per night. Please ensure you book as soon as possible as hotels in downtown Ottawa fill up quickly.
Parking:
Underground parking is available at the hotel at a charge of $19 per 24 hours.
